24-hour Cancellation Policy

La Voix Studio aims to provide our clients with the highest quality service and attention. In order to assure that we are available for our clients, we require a 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments.  If you cancel your appointment without a 24 hour notice, we are compelled to charge a full visit fee. If you purchased event tickets, package(s) of lessons or classes and are unable to attend or complete your lessons, whatever the reason may be, there are no refunds or exchanges, also non-transferable.
