24-hour Cancellation Policy


At La Voix Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. To maintain availability and uphold smooth scheduling, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.

Lessons, Packages, & Classes
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
  • No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges: All purchases of lessons, packages, or classes are final. These are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.
  • Makeup Classes or Recordings: For cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will provide a makeup class or a recording of the session, when applicable.

Refund Policy


​Event Tickets
  • No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges: All event ticket purchases are final. These are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.
  • Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new date.
  • Canceled Events: If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided.
