Our SPONSORS,  Freda Payne,  Scherrie Payne, and special guest, author,  Randy Taraborrelli will announce the recipients of our Premier Scholarship for aspiring singers.  Note that  anyone can apply to be eligible for a Scholarship by December 9, 2010.
